I started my journey after seeing how anxiety and stress were overwhelming people in today’s fast-paced world. Conventional methods often felt unsustainable for those already burdened by stress. Seeking a better solution, I combined the ancient healing practices of Ayurveda and Siddha Varmam with modern Psychology to create the Simple Well-Being Framework. This holistic approach balances the mind and body, promoting emotional resilience and inner harmony. Through a 48-day program, individuals can achieve emotional balance naturally, without costly medications. My mission is to help people overcome stress and anxiety, restoring peace, purpose, and harmony to their lives—step by step.
